Ahmednagar Development

I was out of Ahmednagar city for about 7 years. But when I returned, found the city as it is... That is Pipe line to Kedgaon is the Ahmednagar City... Why the roads, buildings and everything as it is I can't get answer yet. just increasing the houses and not foreign money sources from outside. Just banks, schools, colleges and government offices. No more opportunities...
What the citizens of this city think about this matter??? I would like to discuss more on comments... So welcome comments...
