you can now chat on ilaaka by going to the "chat" tab on the top - right of the page.

Login. Go to your city's clubs page from the left "My City" menu.
Once on this page you will see a "Start A Club" menu on the left below the navigation menu.

to add your own name, you'll have to go to our principal map supplier , find your city, your house, and mark it there.

then after their admins approve your entry, it will reflect on their maps as well as on ilaaka.com.

for adding your home, do the following steps:

1. login
2. go to maps
3. click "add place" on your city map
4. mark your home with the square markers shown
5. click "save"
6. add your description in the shown dialog box
7. hit "save"

thats it!

note:
1. you can add place without logging in too, but the map will be too small to understand anything
2. please be patient after hitting any button on the map, as it takes some time to load
3. entries in some cities may not appear immediately after saving, as they need to be approved by the city moderators for accuracy and politeness. this typically takes 1-2 days for it to get approved and appear.

here's how you edit your introduction:
1. log in
2. go to "my account" from left menu.
3. go to "edit" tab on top
here. you can edit settings like "receiving mails for friend requests", "receiving mails for scraps", "changing password", "changing your photo" etc.
4. go to "personal information" link on top.
here you can change your personal information details, like age, introduction message, interests etc.
