Why are people corrupt????

We all crib and blame all the problems on corruption... but have we ever thought y there is corruption??? y we give and take bribe???

1)Lack of resources, proper pay....
2)others are doing it, y cant i attitude...
its probably a shortcut route devised by common man himself for getting the job done & then finally
a system is eastblished where every one have to follow. Its the common man route cause for trouble........
Indians are poor but India is not a poor country... says a Swiss Bank Director.
He says that 108 Lac Crores Indian money is deposited in Swiss Banks alone, the same money can be used for a taxless budget for 30yrs, cangive jobs to many Indians and can give free education & medicines.
Think how our money is blocked by corrupt politicians whom we only choose!!!!
i think corruption is a bane of all poor countries until they reach a certain wealth status.
in poor countries, there is more uneducation.
therefore, the uneducated masses dont question the politicians much.
its not an easy solution - and i feel it comes naturally with the country's afluency and education.
india has started a bit late - we are only about 50 years old, so its taking a little time.

It has been seen that day by day corruption is increasing instead of decreasing. Corruption starts when bureaucrates does not do their duty honestly and make delay in the work and any person who needs any work which is may be done in stipulated time but work is not completed in the time and officers harrash the public to pay them money for their work.This is the main cause of the corruption especially in India.
Corruption is at every level and in every country... 1st we need to accept this Fact. Only the degree varies.
Now what we can do abt it is the question????
Not to take and give bribe is one.
Erradicate the reasons of corruption is 2nd... So here we are talking abt reasons....
by being honest yourself and then try to find the honesty or eradicate corruption from the society...
Stop bribing your child - dont u say if u finish homework you will get a chocolate?That is the beginning...
Stop voting for the corrupted.
Live within the means, treat any body as human being,dont compare yourself with others....To lessen the corruption we need to apply strict rules like that in Arab countries especially Saudi Arabia.. then only we can get some free air!...Root cause is selfishness.
Corruption can be minimised with 1) Simple, fair and judicious framework of rules and structure 2) Follow the path of forgiveness. It has only one cure :DIVINE INPUTS. Divine in puts only can get rid of selfishness.

No proper answer for that, basically due to lack of administration, lack of self consciosness, griddiness are some of the few.
Every person want every things in his life.But they cannot get all things by his salary.It cannot be removed from this country.
The mind set of the people for "who ever having the stick, the cow belongs to him" is the base for all the corruptions.
This has to be changed by proper laws,strong governance and proper education and information of these laws to all the people will stop the corruption.
where ever possible people should stop giving bribe and the authorities also should check the corruption in all the places time to time in civil dress (mingle in general public and not disclosing their Identity)
life is competitive now sop...everyone wans to move ffast no matter wa d route is.....d wan d easiest among~!
